Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 5 October 2026
At RedodoBattery.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in an appropriate condition and, where possible, with their original packaging, accessories and documentation.
Because our products include lithium batteries and other regulated goods, please do not send a battery back without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return is required because:
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The packaging was damaged when received.
- The order was not delivered within the promised delivery timeframe.
For returns for other reasons, such as a change of mind, the cost of return shipping will normally be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs or video showing the issue where appropriate.
- Photographs of any damage to the product or packaging.
We may first offer troubleshooting assistance or a replacement where appropriate. If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer protection legislation.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within the 30-day return period, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
Products must be returned safely and in suitable condition. Certain products may have additional requirements because of their nature, including lithium batteries and other dangerous goods.
Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be made using the original payment method.
The amount refunded may be reduced by applicable return shipping costs where those costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please allow additional time for your payment provider to process the refund after we have issued it.
Warranty Claims
Our products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage varies by product and is stated on the relevant product page or warranty documentation.
A warranty claim is separate from a change-of-mind return. If your product has developed a fault, please contact us before returning it so that we can determine the appropriate solution.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
Where applicable, consumers retain their rights under the relevant consumer protection and distance-selling legislation in their country of residence.
If a statutory right provides greater protection than the terms of this voluntary return policy, the statutory right will apply.
